Inthe world full of sorrow and misery, people's hearts beat with joy, when they think of a happy life. Happiness is on a loft hight but the route to this cherishable state is hidden from its seekers. It is burried deeply where it is not easy to bring out. It calls for an analitical mind to unearth the stairways to happiness. Zig ziglar said “ you were born to win, but to be a winner you must plan to win.” We must plan to win. We must plan to unearth the hidden stairways to happiness. Then climb the steps one by one until the hilltop of happiness is arrived . It is true that success occurs when opportunity meets preparation. Time is the key to success. As we live it means we have to time. Then we can use the opportunity to climb the stairways to happiness.
- Take time to pray
Prayer is a source of strength in time of trouble. Life is not all roses because there are thorns and thistles along the way. Prayer enables one to pull through amidst the troubles of this world. Prayer invites the supernatural being to lighten the burdens of the natural being. It calls for faith to exercise a prayerful life. Ellen G White says prayer enables us to be provided with our needs. “ prayer is the key in the hand of faith that unlocks heaven's storehouse of blessings” by Ellen G White. The creater of the entire universe is ready to provide for his creatures. We just need to call upon him and he becomes our provider. Nowander abraham called the place where God provided a solution to his predicament “ Jehovah Jire” meaning God will provide. Therefore it is indeed important to take time to pray. Let us set our priorities in order by putting God first in all our endevours. We should look up to God for happiness providence.
- Take time to exercise
Many diseases troubling us today are because of our habbits that are unhealthy, living a life not caring about your well being is dangerous. Many times you feel stressed and out of solutions because you are not in a good mental state to think or even come up with a solution. Preoccupation has caused many people lack of rest and peace. Take time to exercise so your body moves well and you are free. The more you exercise the more even your stress begin to run away. Create time every morning to just go for a run in the fresh air before anything starts moving and just experience the fresh nature, breath in and out a few times and you are good to go. If nature can't allow you to go for a run try to do what you need so you are not staffing your body with too much stress. Stress is not just about thinking of problems, stress comes from many things work being part of it, exercising help your blood flow orderly and straighten some parts of your body that may be causing you something else.
- Take time to eat
Am sure you are asking yourself a question, how can food make me happy? Am too busy for this or I have to rush. Stop! Where are you rushing to? Will there come a time when you will stop running or that will be in your old age, when you can barely move? Take time to eat the right food, food has a high role in the makeup and well being of your body. What you eat has a great impact on your life. Are you eating the right food or you are always giving excuses? Eat the right food and you will live a happy life, you cannot be Happy if you are in bad health. Take time to eat! Eating nourishes your body and gives you strength.

There is power in meditation. Being too busy to even have a small time to meditate is dangerous to health. Take time to be silent in your most comfortable place and just be silent. No thinking about problems or stressing, clearling your mind and just meditating about good things. Try to do this daily and you will see how you will emprove your mental balance. Take time to meditate!
- Take time to smile
We work up daily and dress up to look good, keep warm and follow protocol. An outfit is never complete without a smile to famish it. You are beautiful and handsome the way you are, you are only lacking a smile. Take time to smile, smiling brings freedom. Try this, when you will be very upset or very stressed try to smile or laph deliberately. Not for anything but for yourself you will notice a big difference, you will feel allot better after you do it. Many years back I was on a bus traveling going somewhere,then a total stranger came in and pushed me from my seat clamming it to be his, I tried to explain that I reserved the seat way before anyone did and it was mine, even the driver confirmed with me that it was mine but the man kept harassing me, it was so frustrating and embarrassing that I felt like bursting or just screaming but I had to keep my cool and act like it was fine and came out of the bus. The bus left and I was so stressed I needed to get on to another one but no bus was passing, I wanted to just cry but I did the opposite instead, I laughed, strange right ? Yes I laughed and I was so free, I felt a whole load leaving my chest and just like that my mood was boosted. Take time to laugh even for nothing you will live a happy and peaceful life.
- Take time to write
I just had to put it yes because it works wonders for me and many peace I know. You may ask why I said write when not everyone can write, well it's up to you what you love to do, whether to write to sing, to sleep I hear it's also a talent, but take time to do what makes you happy or work on your talent, you will be happy at your achievements.

Am sure you are wondering what I mean by it because we think all the time, but there is a difference between the thinking we do while working and just getting off work not doing anything just thinking, take time to think, to plan how you will emprove yourself what you are not doing well, how you can get better, take time to think.
- Take time to love
Do you ever imagine how life could be if there was no love? Why is love so strong? The answer is there can't be a world created by God that does not have love. Love is patient, kind, does not envy, hurts no one, love is long suffering, love is God. Take time to love, loving is the source of happiness too hard to break. I don't mean romantic love, I am talking about love living in you and showing others love, starting from your house, your neighbors, your church mates at work, let your language protray love. Let it start from your mind. When you are quite and no one is listening or able to look in to your mind is love there? Are you thinking about good or planning how to get back at others? Let love lead your life all the time, it's not going to be easy but you can manage if you start it from inside you, love will flow in your life.

Life has changed from how it was in the olden times, people were pure at heart, at least even tried to help others when managed. Now it's very hard to help, not because you don't want but because you are scared of the consiquences, some people when you help them they bad things about you, others even use what you have helped with to cause you harm. Take time to help is a rule we need to follow as children of God. We need to help others despite the consiquences and God will protect us. Help with direction from God.
- Take time to read the word of God.
Life and the needs of our sustainance pull us to living a life without balance of God. Too busy to read the word of God, and wonder when temptations come and when things go another way. It's because you are not ready and you don't have the tools to use when you encounter trouble. One thing about God is he is love, his name, his ways, his character and his word protray love. And he has given us love as a gift in our lives. Now the key to true happiness is accepting God and letting him lead all the way. Now you can't do that if you don't know who he is, learn more of who he is and his character will start manifesting in your life. Let his word make you whole and provide you peace nothing in this world can give, peace from above.
