Stress and lack of a balanced mind is a number one cause of ruin in many homes and individuals in this generation. It's like a fashion every home has one or two or everyone going through some inbalance. Things across the globe are not okay, the disease and economic flow is not straight but it has nothing to do with that, it's beyond having pressure. Our parents were having long life free of disease because they found a way to balance their lives. Things were not perfect like it is in our time but they managed. Imagine in our time if we never had phones, vehicles, planes and stoves or certain luxuries how would we get through life? Tough right? But it was normal for them and they lived well.

Let's look at this practical life, how do you usually feel when your internet is disconnected? Can you stay away from your phone for an hour?
I know some answered yes and some said no but there is no problem either way. The main reason why I was asking is to help you think a little what you would rather spent time doing. Some people feel so away that they would feel comfortable with sharing what they are going through with someone very far from them than someone closer. 

WHAT CAUSES MENTAL INBALANCE OR STRESS?

Many factors cause stress in different people. Some it's work stress not having enough time to rest. Some it's because of lack of basic needs life has to offer. Some it's situations that can never be shared and some it's there own loved ones not understanding. Many things unresolved can cause stress or mental instability.
The most common reason why people go through stress is not realizing they are in trouble till they are actually in trouble and still can come out of it, or fail to recognize it even when it's worse. It all starts like a little stress or irritant or small problem till it bursts into something big. Many stresses are as a result of not understanding one another, for example living with a partner who doesn't understand when you say you are in pain or when you feel a certain way and they feel you are too much.
Having a boss at work not respecting you, embarrassing you all the time in front of everyone, leaving you feeling useless.
Things not working out the way you would want them to. Each time you try but it doesn't just work, you push but it just gets worse then you stop and get into depression.
Life is like that sometimes and if you are going through such a scenario then it's alright, it's normal don't feel bad you are not alone, many people out there experience the same thing.

HOW WRITING CAN HELP YOU BALANCE YOUR THOUGHTS

Writing like I said in the previous article is an art, it's a creativity not anyone can do. Many people can write like I said but feel are actually writers. Imagine this being on top of a very high mountain where you can't see anything when you look down, with fresh air, green grass and and nice cool air, you decide to sleep knowing no one can find you, nothing can control you over there, you sleep and sleep till you feel tired of it. You wake up and scream in joy yes! Freedom!
That is freedom, the thing you need to balance your mind is freedom and art has a way it makes you balance. Develop a habit of writing, even when it hurts the most write, keep writing how you are feeling, what you wish it would be, how you can improve it. Many times we stress and worry about things we have answers to. You worry and get pained by situations you know answers to. Sometimes if it's so hard to admit the answer write as if it's not for you but someone else. Write like you are helping a friend. They say many advices we give people should actually be ours because we atract another version of us. Keep writing and pray attention to what you write you will be shocked at how mauch answers you have.
You are getting depressed because you are thinking about your problem not your solution, yes you have that problem now what is next? Do you keep on? Yes it happened and hurt you or left a mark now will you be helped by thinking too much no!
Yes there situations that leave marks you can never erase, but you can use that mark to build an empire that can never be brocken.
If you cannot write do what you can that calms you. Is it music, art or something? Do it all regularly and you will get out of the truma fast.
